Each day combines structured Mandarin learning with hands-on cultural experiences. Morning classes focus on Chinese language development, while afternoons include activities such as calligraphy, Chinese painting, paper cutting, kung fu, cooking, and traditional crafts. Excursions may include the Forbidden City, Summer Palace, Beijing hutongs, Olympic Park, 798 Art District, and the Great Wall. Exact activities vary by week and weather conditions.
We maintain a 1:5 staff-to-camper ratio — meaning one dedicated staff member for every six students.
This ensures every child receives close personal attention, both in the classroom and during all activities and excursions.
Yes. Complete beginners are welcome. Students complete a short level assessment and are grouped by age and ability, so lessons remain suitable and engaging for everyone.
Our Chinese summer camp is designed for children and teenagers aged 7–17. Students are grouped by both age and ability, ensuring every child learns alongside peers at a similar level — making classes more engaging, effective, and fun.

Yes. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available at both the school and all accommodation options — keeping your child comfortable and connected throughout the program.
Yes. Parents receive a 24-hour emergency contact number before the program begins. Residential campers also receive overnight supervision throughout their stay.
Most host families are located within a 30–60 minute commute. Mandarin Zone is a 2-minute walk from Tuanjiehu Station, with access to Metro Lines 3 and 10.
